Hi, Anna! To answer your question, we just mixed cider and champagne to taste and then threw in a section of a clementine for fun...so, no real recipe. If you want to have some more fun with it, I wonder if you could add a dash of that apple brandy--Calvados--that seems to come up a lot in food magazines this time of year? Anyway, happy holidays and let us know how it turns out!

I was wondering about the recipe for your Champagne and Cider you mentioned you were having on Thanksgiving? I think i want to try it out at my xmas party and was just wondering if you just mix cider and champagne or if there are other things in it as well?
