I made a mushroom/pea risotto the other night and came across the aforementioned squid ink recipe and was very curious about it and its taste. I hate to tell you that now that you told me it tastes and smells like the ocean? Never going to try it! That's the exact reason I don't eat seafood is because of that taste and smell!! Oh well.
